Dean Burnetti
For nearly four decades, Dean Burnetti has helped people injured by others’ negligence. Through extensive experience and legal expertise, he pursues the best possible settlements for his clients.
Dean grew up in Elgin, Illinois. Early in life, God called him to the pulpit. After high school, he moved to Oklahoma to attend seminary training. There, he met the woman who would become his wife. He earned a degree in Pastoral Ministries. Then, he relocated to Florida to find a church needing a pastor. However, before stepping to the lectern, God redirected his path.
After earnest prayer, Dean realized God was calling him to help wrongful injury victims. At the same time, he remembered his father’s construction site injury from his youth. That injury deeply affected his entire family. That’s when Dean enrolled at Warner University in Lake Wales and earned his bachelor’s degree. Next, he returned to Oklahoma to attend Oral Roberts University law school. There, he earned his law degree. Finally, he returned to Florida, passed the Florida Bar, and became a licensed attorney.
DOUBLE FLORIDA BAR BOARD CERTIFICATION:
In his early years as a lawyer, Dean focused his practice on workplace injury clients. As a result, Florida’s Workers’ Compensation laws deeply intrigued him. Therefore, he pursued Board Certification in Workers’ Compensation Law. He then took The Florida Bar’s challenging exam and passed it on his first attempt.
After the new millennium, God called Dean to expand his practice. Consequently, he opened his doors to victims of all types of accidents. As Florida’s Civil Injury Laws captured his interest, he sought a second certification. So, he took The Florida Bar’s rigorous exam and earned Board Certification in Civil Trial Law.
Because Dean Burnetti holds Florida Bar Board Certification in Civil Trial Law and Workers’ Compensation Law, the Florida Bar recognizes him as an expert. Therefore, only Board-Certified attorneys may call themselves “specialists” or “experts” in their certified fields.
Board-Certified attorneys complete continuing legal education hours each year. Moreover, they must pass re-examinations every five years to maintain certification. Only about seven percent of Florida attorneys achieve Board Certification. Furthermore, only a small fraction earn the distinction of Double Board Certification. Dean Burnetti stands among only four attorneys in Florida with both certifications in both Civil Trial Law and Workers’ Compensation Law!
YOUR CHRISTIAN LAW FIRM:
In 2015, when Dean opened the doors to Dean Burnetti Law, a Christian Law Firm, he aimed to help clients secure fair injury settlements. However, he also sought to enrich their souls. He helps injured people pursue justice and obtain the compensation they deserve. At the same time, he shares the Lord’s Word with clients, attorneys, and others seeking the Good News. Additionally, several times each week, Dean publishes devotion videos that show how God works in his life. He also often gives Bibles to clients when their cases settle. Furthermore, he prays with clients about personal needs, even when those concerns involve no legal issues.
